You quoted me first so it looks like you’re the one who cares.

Now you’re just avoiding a simple question by going around in circles lol. I understand you don’t have proof someone has said college baseball is as popular as basketball or football and are talking out of your arse.

You are trying to rain on Arky and LSU’s parade. Football is king and everybody knows it so what’s your point? The 15000 LSU fans in Omaha don’t care about 2, 3, or 4 millions viewers or not. Go wait on football and basketball if you are not interested.

LSU fans made fun of us for celebrating our basketball title too. Can’t forget that gem.

It has been growing because for decades it wasn't televised for obvious reasons. Now that it is getting more coverage, it's definitely growing because it's awesome to watch. People who don't follow the sport wouldn't know that, including all those dumbasses saying it isn't popular in recent threads.

I haven't mentioned viewers. My point is that now that schools can buy players, every dollar you put into baseball could have gone into getting better football players.

Basketball doesn't lose millions. It actually makes money.

Baseball generally makes money at LSU, had a rough couple here lately though.

He doesn't even realize that even at LSU they spend more money on basketball than baseball.

The ironic thing is that it was ESPN'S bread and butter in the very early '80s. Lots of games at a low price.
