His sister’s father-in-law was OU president and they still fired him. Stoops was a great and loyal coach but, he did Heupel wrong, should have fired or never hired his brother and probably should have won 1-2 more national championships

To be fair weight loss has nothing to do with working out. Yea it counts towards the overall calorie burning, but weight loss/ Fat Loss/ being shredded/ healthy starts in the kitchen.
You can’t outrun a doughnut. And he can definitely do something about his weight without taking away from anything you mentioned.
