I was at the game but watched their call on 4th & 25 this morning. Probably one of the worst I've ever heard. Such an insult to an incredible play.

You say this, but they pulled it off somehow. I can think of a dozen announcers that would have killed to broadcast a game like that. These guys sounded like they were discussing home furniture.

Not to troll Ole Miss fans, but you can't call a defense "landsharks" and have them give up a 30 yard passing TD one second later. That literally happened like three times throughout the game.

Why the hell does it matter who touched it first when it was lateralled? So stupid. These guys had no clue about any of the actual events that occurred in front of their eyes.

It's like it was punt or something by their reaction, not some thrilling play.
And Blackburn even called the lateral, of all things, incomplete.

Mowins's problem is that her voice sounds like death. She's not a completely terrible announcer

They made that lateral play boring. They got the first down and were so calm about it. It pissed me off because they nearly ruined it.

I totally agree- if you're going to have a female then have someone with an actual female voice. You don't have to sound manly to know sports.
