You didn’t score a single point until the fourth quarter. Not even one. And even that score was a crazy long throw jump ball that was very a fortunate catch. A good catch but not a controlled methodical march of gained yardage.

We did have "controlled methodical marches of gained yardage" before the 4th quarter. We had sustained drives that gave us first downs inside the Ohio State 10. Those 2 occasions generated zero points because, just like last year, and the year before, and the year before, Sark becomes a ****ing retard in the red zone.

Arch was a massive disappointment. There is no positive way to spin his mechanics. However, Texas has a really good chance to win that game if someone other than Sark called our red zone plays.

Any objective person would tell you that Texas laid an egg.

What was the expectation? For Texas to go into the shoe and blow Ohio State out? If they embarrassed themselves like Tenner did in the CFP, that would be one thing, but the overreaction to Texas losing a close game in one of the hardest road environments in CFB is absurd

And that was a game Texas still could have easily won despite Arch having what is likely be a career lowlight of a game

I suspect we'll see a good deal of the horn backup QB over the next few weeks. Sark would be a fool not to prepare.

What WAS the expectation for $16 million in NIL money…

Was your expectation that he was going to go out there and throw it like Uncle Rico?

If he has been doing that in practice all fall camp then somebody should have said something…

The reaction has never been about your whole team..it has been very much on how terrible Arch looked.

Jesus, he didn't look like Weigman vs Notre Dame. It was somewhat similar to Reed vs Texas, deer in the headlights, albeit not physically overmatched like Marcel

You are intellectually dishonest comparing these situations.

And, by the way, Weigman no longer plays for A&M.

I saw him play at Newman and worked the broadcast crew with ESPN on a game where he played against a good HS team from Florida. The book on him is that he struggles against top competition. That seems to still be the case. I wondered if him looking pedestrian against the tougher schools at the HS level had to do with the talent that he had around him at Newman and whether that would improve at the college level at Texas. So far, it seems to be the same. He is a good player. He is nowhere near what he has been hyped up to be. Look for him to put up big numbers against the relatively weak schedule that they have coming up and for the hype to ramp back up, but the jury is still out on whether or not he can do it against the big boys.

Arch Manning has been put in an impossible situation by the media hype machine. I credit his family for doing what they could to shield him from it, but he will have to surpass his uncles as a player to not be deemed a failure in a lot of peoples’ eyes, which is unfortunate for him as a person.

Don't worry, you and your brethren will be on here touting Arch for the Heisman as his competition for the next 3 weeks is air. San Jose St, UTEP, Sam Houston.

We will be watching statements such as, "OSU was a fluke and Arch just had the jitters ".

He tried to throw a ball from the left hash to the right outer boundary. The ball was laughably underthrown and resulted in an interception.

The throw itself obvious showed his lack of arm strength.

But, that he would attempt that type of throw is a big, big problem.

Everyone is expecting him to be a Manning. That's where the projection is coming from.

I'm not sure if this kid has even above average QB sense.

Do you people even watch the games? The ball fluttered because his legs weren't under him. Arch's issues Saturday were a combo of nerves and Patricia calling a hell of a game, putting him in uncomfortable spots. Here's the same shite happening to Peyton

LOL @ issues with arm strength. Here's a 60 yard rope that 1/2 of the current starting QB's in the NFL can't even make

You’ve got a great defensive unit. But your offense isn’t scaring anyone.
Then it should speak volumes that said offense was led by a QB that scored more points in Kyle Field last year than the entire aggie offense could against Texas during A&M’s biggest game in school history

Also, why are you still here? Didn’t you lose a ban bet that you yourself asked for?
