Georgia has a player that is in a car with another teammate. The police pull them over because the driver is going over the speed limit. They find less than an ounce of pot in the car. The policeman asks who the pot belongs to, and neither of them fess up. The officer arrests both of them. Remember, Georgia is one of the few states that you get arrested for pot. In Atlanta its just a $75 dollar ticket.

Oklahoma has a player who has had a protective order filed against him for rape, the woman who accused him was being interviewed by the police. The woman described that she had flashbacks of fingers being forced inside her, and being tied up. She also stated that she had no control and felt like she was being bitten. A policeman has stated that her story matches up with what most rape victims experience.

The difference? One of Georgia's players will be kicked off the team, and the other will serve a two game suspension. Oklahoma's player will almost certainly play in his next game.

I hate this, AJ Green gets a 4-game suspension for selling his jersey then donating the money to charity, then Jameis Winston and other scumbags rape a girl and they get in no trouble at all. The only time I can remember a major athlete being punished for rape is Ezekiel Elliott, and they had to overturn it 46 times before it actually happened.

This is pretty intellectually dishonest with some of the other cases you brought up.

Shitty luck for UGA though.

Looks like UGA needs more influence with the cops.

OU has it figured out.

It's not rape if you don't say no. She admitted that she felt like she couldn't say no and that she was inebriated and it happened inside of her apartment.

It's an incredibly weak story, and anyone can ask for an order to keep someone away, literally anyone and for anything. It's very rare that they deny it.

I love how you Georgia fans do this thing where you come in acting like its the middle of the conversation when in actuality we have no fricking clue what you are talking about.

Where did you hear she was tied up?

They were both drunk, they went back to her place and made out consensually. The next thing she remembers is waking up naked and her nipples are sore. Fast forward 3 weeks and she remembers images of his fingers inside her and some biting.

RA claims the accusations are false and says he has records of her contacting him with social invites many times after that night. He turned her down every time and then she filed a protective order against him.

The case isn't really clear because there's no evidence and she was drunk. It'll have to play out in court if the DA even thinks there's enough to take it that far. He hasn't been arrested or charged yet. It's kind of a weird situation and not as black and white as you make it sound.

Isn't it one of the UGA's player's third arrests?

Untrue. Last time I checked, unless it was medicinal about half of the states possession gets you arrested.

That's how it works everywhere when there's an illegal substance found (pot, coke, meth, whatever)

Are you talking about the Natrez Patrick who was arrested and charged on a misdemeanor marijuana charge? The second of this season? Third of his career? Sorry I don’t keep up with these things.

Did you just go full Brian Banks?
