I just like going to LSU for all the damn good creole/cajun food! Sure I get ragged at LSU more than anywhere, but never am I an arse. Well, one I dont drink in public.. so that eliminates most of the potential problems there. I hang out with LSU fans, we talk the smack, enjoy watching other games before the game, and enjoy the food and friends with us. Tailgating is not fricking hard for cryiing out loud to enjoy ones self!

I grew up going to A&M games, and this is a good description of it. Like any fan base, don't let the few dumbasses speak for the whole population. I am getting tired of having to explain to people who I just met that just because I am an LSU fan doesn't mean I am going to curse at their children. Nice post, thanks for your thoughts. Here's to hoping that A&M can take it to the Tide, and that its a clean game with no injuries.

Boudin is my favorite food in the world. If driving to BR get it in SCOTT LA and get cracklins.

and my post wasn't that bad. I was answering questions I have been hearing from LSU fans for 40 years.

Believe me - I would rather be 25 out running hot cat. So lighten up. Especially the "aggies" on here.

I bet 1 of 10 I an aggie. Aggies, as I said are not typically assholes.

No - I appreciate your post - I was talking to the wild boyz on the site. The Justin Beiber types.

Have a good game day too!

I Love LSU too btw. Degrees from both!

I've known aggies all my life. A&M is not a cult. The students aren't cult members. It's more like "What happens in CS, Stays in CS" from what I've seen. All the weird shite traditions pretty much stay there in CS.

It's as much of a "military school" as Virginia Tech used to be. It's a glorified ROTC powerhouse

DoD and Title 10 disagree since it is one of 6 senior military colleges.

The only thing keeping LSU from being one as well (they fit all but one criteria) is the fulltime uniformed corps of cadets requirement.

Just to be a ball buster and stir the pot a bit. Cajun and creole are 2 completely different types of cooking/food. Boudin is Cajun. Creole food is found more in New Orleans and around there where the Cajun stuff is around lafayette. Baton Rouge just kind of steals from the 2 but doesn't really have its own thing.
