Never got the hype for this guy. He was terrible against us. The only reason ASU got back into that game in the 2nd half is they figured out they could run it down our throat once our best DL got hurt.

And he is coming off a Lisfranc injury that is notorious for causing reduced performance and long term issues.

He had Texas a 4th down away from being beaten last year in the playoff.
He’s coming off a Lisfranc so there’s definitely reason for some skepticism, but LSU needed a QB with experience which is what they got.
