That is not what I was talking about. You asked if the board could imagine how LSU fans would act if they won this. My response was "yes the they can because we win actual championships." They can imagine how we would respond because the board has been around when we win actual championships.

We're talking about the sears trophy, not individual championships here.
yes LSU has won big in the sports that matter over the last decade. No argument there...that's not what we are talking about here. We are talking about the AD trophy for the 2025-2026 academic year. Nothing else.
You must care since you are still commenting about it.

I think I might have this figured out. None of the fans of The Fighting Bobby Boucher’s understands the concept of an index fund.
They treat college football like Boudreaux at a craps table in Bossier City. They might lose the house, wife and kids, but all they talk about was that one night in 2019 when they hit it big.

Jesus Christ. YOU brought up LSU in the thread. I didn't bring up 2019. Someone else did. Also, LSU has 2 of the last 3 (well 4 now) in baseball. Again, you asked if people could imagine how LSU fans would act. Of course they can, there are data points to show it. You're just butt hurt because your little troll got blown up.

IMHO they need to take the top ten sports from each school.
Not every school offers a team in underwater basket weaving.
All joking aside, there are 5 major sports included (M&W basketball, baseball, women’s soccer and volleyball).
Learfield then allows 14 more sports to be included for a total of 19. My suggestion is to add the five above with your next five highest scoring points to get your total. As it stands now only a few schools even have an opportunity to win it.
Not all schools are able to offer that many sports across the board.
Again just a suggestion from me.
