Nah Bopper, he will be OK as it was merely mutual combat, acceptable in Texas.

Because Moss continued to shout at the man, not heading the warnings from the officer and his friends, he was put in handcuffs, according to the report.
I guess you know this puts most of Atlanta's going home traffic at severe risk of arrest.
