I don't believe LSU has been mentioned in this hearing.

This is Vandy's doing. Theyre gonna get everyone to vacate, they'll be named champs and their trophy cases will be spilling over with titles.
They've played the long game and won...its over

PJ Doziers

I recall Dozier being name dropped in all of this when it first came out a little over a year ago I think.

Losing a Final 4 over $2k.

This is old news. The March 2016 meeting with Evans took place on March 3rd in Columbia at a local restaurant.

On or about April 4th, 2016, Evans is hired away from South Carolina (University-2) by Oklahoma State (University-3). Discussions between Evans and Sood after this were primarily regarding potential prospects/players at Oklahoma St. than at USC. They met at a hotel in NY on April 19, 2016, and did keep talking about Player-3 (Dozier), but according to the FBI Complaint Evans was resisting a bit because IMO (this is not directly stated in the Complaint) he was wanting more $$, and that was for himself, not Dozier. The Complaint stated Sood gave Evans $500 at the end of that meeting.

From that point forward, the entirety of discussions minus 1 or 2 mentions about Dozier, involved Oklahoma State. There was no mention of money passing to Evans for any player with USC. Most of the money that was paid to Evans appears to be "retainer" money that went directly to Evans himself. Discussions began involving "Player-4", who was a player at Oklahoma State (I believe Jawun Evans). This involves the entire 2016-17 season, which was USC's Final Four season and Dozier's sophomore and final season as a Gamecock.

The FBI Complaint describes a Feb. 3, 2017 meeting between CW-1 (cooperating witness Marty Blazer) and Evans at a West Virginia hotel during a travel game between Oklahoma St. and West Virginia, and the day before the game Evans set up an in-person meeting with Player-4. During that meeting, Evans mentioned to Blazer that he "intended to get CW-1 'in front' of Player-3, adding that he remained close with Player-3 and his family". This indicates that as of February 2017, or late in the 2016-17 season, Evans had not yet brought Dozier together with anyone involved in the FBI investigation.

"Evans eventually linked up Sood and PJ Dozier's mother" - this took place "starting in or around April and May 2017" per the FBI Complaint. Dozier had already declared for the NBA and signed with an agent April 17 of that year. The Complaint goes on to state that "in or around June 2017" Sood informed Blazer that he had met with Dozier's mother in South Carolina, as arraigned by Evans.

Of course, this was some two months after Dozier forfeited his college eligibility by signing with an agent, and by that time ANYONE could meet with Dozier, his family, pay them money, sign contracts, etc. As it stands, Dozier signed with BDA Sports Management, which is an agency not known at this time to have any involvement with the FBI investigations.

---------

Footnote: Oklahoma State's Jawun Evans left for the NBA after his sophomore season in 2016-17, and secured representation by ASM Sports, a high profile NBA agency. ASM Sports was subsequently raided in September 2017 by the FBI, who took Andy Miller's computer. Miller was Jawun Evans' agent at ASM, and Christian Dawkins worked for ASM Sports until he was terminated in May, 2017....
