Texas loses to Florida and gets crushed by Georgia, but the azz-kissing National media puts them above Vandy. They get the same fawning treatment Notre Dame gets.

Notre Dame will be in no matter what results happen this weekend...

Notre Dame bias exists and 100% are in the playoffs. How many times do you guys need to see this play out every year to comprehend it?

No way Tech loses to BYU. They destroyed them three weeks ago. I don’t see how it would be any different now

Both Vandy and Texas are done it appears. Vandy would have a better case with one less loss. But let’s be honest. That Tennessee team was bad. Especially on defense

The biggest joke in this ranking is Iowa being the only 8-4 team to make the top 25 when they have a pitiful resume.

Probably because they beat Vandy.

on the basis of that abortion of a win over Auburn is BS.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since you're a UF fan.

Saturday was the most comfortable Iron Bowl win in Auburn since Jake Coker was handing off to Derrick Henry.

Alabama's last 5 trips (including this one):

Loss
Loss
4OT win
4 and 31 miracle win
7 point win

With this season still TBD, those other four teams won a national title, played for two more, and won two SEC championship games.

Anybody who thinks Alabama isn't going to go into JHS and struggle hasn't been paying attention since 1989.

Not at all. Next season with Lane is going to be entertaining no matter the outcome.

I didn't say "success" did I? It's going to be entertaining win or lose.

A Texas-Ole Miss first round matchup would be very attractive.

Why are people scared of ND? THEY. ARE. NOT. GOOD.

I don’t think anyone is scared of them. I think people just feel like they don’t belong in the playoff because they lost to the only decent teams they played then padded their resume with a bunch of shite teams.

Bama can breath.

I'm not so sure. I think we get screwed 2 years in a row here.

Last year, they did NOT punish SMU for losing their conference championship and kept SMU in over Bama.
I have a feeling that this year, they'll do the exact opposite and punish Bama for losing their championship game.

Last year, SMU had 2 more wins and 1 less loss than bama. That’s not comparable to the committee. Record matters more than anything
