Ole Miss’ football history is as good as Tamu’s.

I think Lane has a good thing going at Ole Miss and would be foolish to leave.

A sizeable portion of LSU fans just pretend this didn’t happen. It was time for Ed O to go but I’ll always be grateful for that 2019 season. A lot of our fans are just ungrateful pieces of garbage

We can both be grateful for 2019, and angry that the day after the natty and his big raise, Ed checked the frick out and left LSU in shambles. That's not ungrateful, it's honesty.

Thank God Woodward didn't dally when he saw what was happening. He made moves and got us Kelly -- probably one of the few coaches who could come in and fix what Orgeron left. And because of that, we see the light at the end of the tunnel way sooner than most expected.

Think part of the problem is a lot of coaches will get a little complacent when they have 10 years guaranteed. Imagine being in your 40s or 50s and being told no matter what happens over the next 10 years, we’re guarAnteeing you $9M/year. If you work 80+ hours/ week or work 30 hours/week and spend the rest of that time with your family, that money is guaranteed. By the way, if you really suck after 2 or 3 years we’ll just pay off the whole thing at once and you can go get another job making additional money or spend your days fishing and playing golf.

Is it too much money or too little common sense?

That will go to the highest bidder, it's not about recruiting ability anymore with the NIL

This makes 0 sense. What has A&M ever accomplished in the last 50 years that Ole Miss hasn't? This is another case of Aggies misunderstanding their place in the world.

Ole Miss will always have a cool factor that A&M is never going to have.

Both programs are about equal historically. Aggie has some more recent success in the 80s and 90s which the Rebs don't have.
