$13m is crazy money for Kiffin, but he's the closest thing to a sure bet.

At least he's proven he can coach in the SEC.

Of course, captdalton will insist that means we guaranteed him to win multiple natties, like he is now doing with BK.

I can understand UF after the idiotic coaching hires have sunk the program and Kiffin talk has been around for a few years now, but LSU is playing itself right now.

BK won 30+ games in 3.5 seasons. I think LSU saw Lane leaning to UF and tried decided to try to hire him instead.

Lane doesn't even seem like a fit for LSU.

I think if that Sunbelt idiot hadn't failed so miserably, UFwould be more open to Golesh, Chesney and other G5 coaches and coordinators.
