But the quality of life for an NFL coach is light years better. So it’s a trade off.

He went 10-2 last year and could've easily gotten there again this year if 2 plays go differently.

How was LSU, A&M and Auburn been since he has been at OM? Even AU beat him last year. wow

Good luck with Preacher Hugh. He fits right in with the Allbarn Family.

Good Luck with Swivel Head Lane. I am sure he will be upset as the rest of the West passes him up and he will settle into that 4th or 5th place position.

Auburn is such a shite show that they can’t compete with Ole Miss for coaches. Not even a coach with a reputation for leaving would leave Ole Miss for Auburn. That says a lot.

And that is exactly the plan they had. Kiffin threw a wrench in that plan. If you remember I said that I also preferred Freeze over anyone else. A much better fit and someone who would stay around if successful.

I’ve been looking for you. Didn’t you have some spat with an LSU fan that was dead set that it was impossible for Freeze to be hired in the SEC? Has that guy shown back up yet?

As soon as Irons started with his "we're going hard after Kiffin" posts, I immediately thought to myself, "Well, whoever it turns out to be, it won't be Lane."

Hell man, last go round you made a list of Auburn coaching candidates a mile long, and not a single mention of the guy that actually got the job. This time you said that Kiffin would be the next coach.

You know next to nothing.
