I like dipping my French Fries in it. Not my pork. It does make a good baste for smoking whole chickens as well. Just one man's opinion. A man that knows a great deal about smoking meat.

Good brisket doesn't need sauce. Anyone eating pork over brisket doesn't really know good barbecue.
