The first Lane Kiffin rule:
Then his 2 recent rules:
Lane Kiffin is actually brave for challenging all loopholes in College Football forcing the NCAA and Conferences to step up and close the loopholes. He’s playing chess instead checkers. Name one college football coach who is as successful as Lane without “cheating” as the ignorant ones would say. Just one coach who won fairly and I’ll eat crow.

The "Lane Kiffin Rule" is a college football regulation introduced by the NCAA to penalize teams for feigned or fake injuries designed to slow down opponent momentum and stop the game clock.
The rule earned the moniker "The Lane Kiffin Rule" following high-profile instances—most notably associated with Ole Miss under head coach Lane Kiffin—where defenses would drop to the turf with cramps or phantom injuries to disrupt fast-paced, hurry-up offenses. After initial cracks down and memos by conferences like the SEC, the NCAA adopted the official rule to eliminate the tactic and keep the game fair.
Then his 2 recent rules:

The "Lane Kiffin Rule" refers to two separate college sports regulations inspired by actions of football coach Lane Kiffin.
1. The Anti-Pro Player Conference Rule (August 2026)
The SEC and Big Ten passed strict bans preventing member schools from signing players who have spent time on professional sports rosters (such as the NFL, NBA, or WNBA).
The Trigger: LSU head coach Lane Kiffin used court injunctions to recruit waived NFL players (like tight end Dae'Quan Wright) back to college football right before the season.
The Penalties: The SEC adopted severe punishments for coaches who try to sign former pros, including a half-season suspension for the head coach, a fine equal to 50% of the sport's budget, and loss of voting power for the school.
2. The Protect College Sports Act Provision (Federal Legislation)
A proposed provision in the federal Protect College Sports Act aims to stop coaches from leaving their teams mid-season.
The Trigger: Kiffin left Ole Miss for LSU right before Ole Miss began its run in the College Football Playoffs.
The Penalty: The proposed rule slaps any coach who abandons a program mid-season with a one-year suspension for the following season.

Saban also outworked everyone in recruiting back in the day to make it easier on future coaches.

Are you implying that Saban is more successful than Kiffin without loopholes?

I literally challenged these ignorant Kiffin haters to name one coach who is more successful than Kiffin, who didn’t bend rules to win 10 games a season. Not one coach named yet.

All i know is that it sure didn't take Kiffin long to cause more drama and controversy. He's definitely famous for that, way more than winning championships.
Kickoff is in two weeks. His team should be jelling, focused on the task at hand. Does anybody think that is happening? Of all the stupid shite, instagating a distraction RIGHT AT THE END OF FALL CAMP AND JUST BEFORE THE START OF THE SEASON, has to be one of the biggest head scratchers of all time.

LSU fans literally said local reports are Kiffin is helping his team by making the media focus on him and taking pressure off his players. All the pressure is on Clemson now.

Multiple players across multiple states are in court battles right now and some of you still think this is just Lane.
There's a point where trolling gets you disconnected from reality.

That’s what I’m trying to tell them Sidewalk. They can’t see that Lane is being scapegoated for being too cool. You think they will ever see it our way?
How can we get them to understand that their jokes, laughs, clowning, and mocking of Lane is actually fear? They look dumb as hell.

I don't think Lane is necessarily the scapegoat, I think the media just knows his name gets more clicks.
And in fairness, most of them are reporting on the other people involved as well and the majority of folks like you are just ignoring that part entirely.
