Don't all people do the same, regardless of profession, until they make it to "the big time"?

What is the problem with this?

Lane didn't think any big team would be stupid enough to hire him again. And none did until LSU came around.

That's it. Let's just pretend he wasn't the hottest name in this cycle and that at least three teams, including the one he was employed with, were not vying for his services.

What Lane has done at OM is far more impressive than anything girdle man at Aggy has done. Aggy with all of their gazillion dollars and facilities, still hasn't played for an SEC title. OM isn't close to Aggy in financial support and Lane has them in the playoffs.

So, no. I'm not scared at all. Your OP was a troll attempt that failed.

This season was far and away the most impressive coach job Lane has done to date. He saw his window of opportunity and decided to put in the work.

The death of a journeyman happens when there isn’t that “next opportunity”. That’s when you end up with 3 unexplainable losses while having a team loaded with NFL talent.

Kiffin believed the same could happen to him at Ole Miss if he went 7-5 or 6-6 in consecutive seasons. If he stayed and passed up the LSU job now, he said he'd risk becoming Mark Stoops and missing his chance at a big job

Anyone who tries to make Lane out to be a victim doesn't know anything and hurts their credibility. I think Jimmy Sexton sent most of this over in an email and Talty filled in the gaps with AI. Ole Miss will have people lining up to air Lane's dirty laundry left and right this week. Don't agree with that myself but that's what happens in this day and age when a fanbase feels spurned.

See, Ole Miss would have loved to have had success like Les did at LSU. Go look at the record Miles brought with him from OK St. Your tears reek of salt.

If Lane didn't leave OM, reb/shark fans would be all in. Now, he's mediocre. LOL

Hopefully LSU put in his contract that he must deactivate his X account.
