2015 Ole Miss would wipe the floor with this team… they’d walk through the west to Atlanta

Is this some miserable way of hoping he ends up a BAMA?

It’d be a mistake for Auburn to hire Lane. He’s at a perfect spot at Ole Miss and he’d be an idiot to leave, and any other SEC team would be an idiot to hire him right now.

Wrong on most counts. We didn’t pay for them and none of the violations state that. But in 2014-2015 we had real talent. Kiffen has played the short game with players and coaches filling much needed gaps. And he has done well considering where we were. He used the portal to replace most of our starters and coaches.
He awaits Nick’s retirement. He won’t go to a dead end job where the boosters consistently interfere. If Kiffen wants the Bama job then he won’t take the Auburn job. He knows it will finally end his head coaching career like many others.

I’m sorry, but programs rise and fall. If kiffen stays and keeps at it he will be successful. Ole miss and other programs do have the ability to rise.

How many coaches has LSU fired in the past few years?

It ain't the half your dumpster fire is in.

Auburn can and will bounce back, as always.
Whether it be Lane Kiffin or Hugh Freeze, the transfer portal and NIL will have Auburn back to competing.

You'll be back to your historical average of 8 wins a season in no time at all!

Yeah dude you are fricking clueless. This team was pegged at an 8 win ceiling because we were replacing our QB, all our RBs, the tops 3 WR, on offense. Plus 2 drafted LBers on D….this is the worst this team will be in the next couple years! I suggest you actually know what you are talking about before you open up your pie hole and show your ignorance!

Look I have nothing against Auburn. But you mention Gene....twice for some reason. He was in a studio for years. Now he is in a booth. Not the head coach of a power 5 school. Tubs did the best ending up at Cincy. They tried to fire him in 2003. Gus is at UCF. Boosters wanted him out years ago. Kiffen doesn’t want to be held to beating Saban every year to keep his job. Terry Bowden never got a shot at a P5 school either.
Auburn hired Cohen. You probably did State a favor doing that. Just like A&M hired that idiot Bjork who lazily strapped us with Luke and a fat payout to get rid of that idiot. Cohen doesn’t do football. He is a baseball guy. Bad move. Read the State boards. They haven’t been happy with Mr Intense as they fell behind with NIL and coaching hires. They are catching up now that he left.

I thought it was going to be the realization that if he hadn't been a dumbass early in the game and went for it on 4th down instead of taking the 3 points, at the end of the game he would have been able to put up a FG to tie the game, rather than going for it on 4th down late.
But nope, turns out it's just a delusional Auburn fan.

If that is true why the horrible contract? And why hire a baseball coach as your AD? From State?
