The fact that he has been at Stanford for the past 3 years and is looking to transfer tells me that you dont know how to research. Btw, he was 2nd team PAC-12 in 2018

Transfer Portal. Had a thumb injury and concussion last year that kept him off the field, but in 2018 he completed 65% of his passes, threw for 3,500 yards, 29 TD’s and lead the PAC-12 with a passing efficiency of 155.0; considered by many as a top 5 NFL QB prospect going into the 2019 season.
This would be an absolutely huge get for State and if he stays healthy will put up stupid numbers at State.
