Kirby can’t outcoach Mullen on game day. He will beat Mullen because he can out talent Mullen, but it won’t be because he out maneuvered him on gameday
The same Mullen that wasted at least two full series in 2019 because his team was wearing the wrong wristbands…on game day…

Another day, another Mullen thread from UGA fans.

Even Georgia fans are admitting it's weird a lot of their fanbase allows Mullen to permanently camp out in their heads lol.
Why is it so threatening that people think he's a good x and o's coach?
Kirby is a great defensive coach and recruiter. I am not threatened by that.
Gotta be conditioning from the Spurrier years or something.

The same Mullen who didn't push the tempo late in the same 2019 game and used nearly 7 minutes to drive the field and score only to have UGA run the final 3 minutes off the clock with only a single first down gained. Yeah... that guy is a mastermind.
He can call a hell of a game offensively. I don't think anyone has ever said otherwise with a serious face. He draws up offensive plays well and knows how to press an advantage.
The issue is this: he may never in his career play an Alabama, Clemson, LSU, Georgia, etc with truly equal talent, because he simply isn't a good recruiter and doesn't prioritize it. For years, people excused it as "it's because he's at Miss St," but he's been at UF long enough now. That's his program, the recruiting that is happening is him. Maybe he turns it around at some point, but as of right now, UF is recruiting under their typical levels and that's a reflection of Mullen, not just the perception of the program before he came in.
The good news, is the most talented team doesn't always win. So there will be wins for him to be had. But if I had to bet, he'll lose more of those talent deficient matchups than he'll win pretty consistently.

Like Muschamp did with a talent deficient South Carolina when he beat Kirby?

Like mizzou over Mullen.

Small sample size but pretty much every neutral fan in the thread said Mullen. Which was my point.
Still, most fans are complete idiots, so maybe this doesn’t prove the point you think it does.

Mullen walked into a down program and had to catch up. Last year he caught up.
This flawed take again?
This year will tell us the truth.

Good read (be assured, UGA's on notice).
We beat Florida by 17+.
Teams like Florida fade. They've got decent frontline talent, but once injuries and gameplay wear them down, they really are no better than a Kentucky once you get into their depth chart.
That's why they look good early, but wind up the best 4 loss team in the country.
UGA, on the other hand is 2 deep everywhere and will only get better as our players return to action.
By the time we get to the WLOCP, Clown Mullen will be volunteering to wet Kirby with his mouth just so that Kirby don't go in dry.

If UGA is "2 deep everywhere" why does a 5'4" Stetson Bennett play qb when J.T. Daniels goes down?
If UGA is "2 deep everywhere" Why did UGA fans make all those "we had too many injuries" "we had a walk on qb playing" excuses when Florida won 44-28 last season?

Mullen is a good coach but he has 1-2 brain farts each game (like the 2 pt conversion vs bama where the qb didn't know whether to give the ball to the rb or keep it)

SB IV is a better passer than anyone y'all have on your roster and probably a better runner than EJ.
He wa a outplaying Trask last year until he got cheap-shotted.
And that's our back-up.
Y'all are gonna find out what happens to running quarterbacks against our defense this year when you try to run your Big Lots Vince Young in that candy-arse offense.

Stetson Bennett IV will be selling used cars by late 2023.
More irrefutable proof that some UGA fans are indeed retarded.
