And if Kirby Smart isn't the best coach in college football, then who is?
The best coach in college football can't beat Kalen DeBoer?

The college football world hasn't revolved around Alabama for a few years now. It's just bizarre how hard some of you weirdos try so hard and find creative ways to make everything about Bama. tDecline has has made some of yall come across as pathetic.
Goddamn.
This is a fricking melt.

So, the best coach in college football is 3-5 in his last 8 games away from home. Got it. You win! Seriously, you win.
Facts are what the facts are. No one in the history of coaching college football has been better than him when it’s best on best.

Okay, geninus. Nobody was asserting that Kirby Smart was the best coach back then. And if Kirby Smart isn't the best coach in college football, then who is?
Kirby hasn’t adjusted to NIL the best. I don’t think there is a best college coach right now. Seems like Ryan day is doing better than anyone at the moment if one has to choose.

Rarely have I ever seen the PAC 12 receive this much credit on this board.

Kirby has never beaten DeBoer. DeBoer has the highest winning % against ranked teams of any CFB coach…ever (min 10 games). Higher than Saban, Bear, and every other hall of fame coach
Cool, I never mentioned DeBoer and you just completely ignored my question to the other poster.

This is stupid.
DeBoer lost to them in Year One. He'll get his chance to even the series with Heupel and Venables.
Kirby has been at Georgia for a decade.
Yeah, you're not following this well, kid.

Following what?
Idiotic drivel from a verified retard?

Kirby also doesn't have no where near the coaching competition Saban did during his tenure. Saban had to deal with Urban Meyer, Steve Spurrrier, and Kirby who were all three national title winning coaches. Kirby is in a conference where he's the only coach with one. Yeah, he learned from the best and is the best in the conference now, but is that really saying much seeing the coaches that are now in the conference? LOL!

You have to understand the full response and what was said first. You probably don't have the attention span for it.

Hey retard, you literally fricking responded to my post stating DeBoer is 2-0 versus Kirby.

You're even dumber than I originally thought. Jesus.

Kirby not even the best HC in the extended metro Atlanta area

He owns The Vols though.

He's easily the best. In this era, that doesn't always mean most dominant. There are no more dominant teams.

Both teams were playing with 50 something players. The first two players drafted in the next draft were Georgia opt outs.
And please don't forget that the final score was 63-3.

I actually agree that he's the best, but the model that Saban used and that Kirby used from 2016 through 2022 doesn't work anymore. Stockpiling and developing high-level talent just cannot happen in the transfer portal / NIL world that we've moved to. The talent is too spread out now for any one team to be able to punish opponents every week.

Kirby’s 2 titles came at the hands of a once in a lifetime type QB who was surrounded by first round draft picks at every position. And they were only a missed field goal away from not having a second one.
