Will muschamp beat turbo kirbo in Athens with an inferior roster and a 2nd string receiver at qb. Let’s not get too crazy over some soft scheduling the past two years

Every team has an off day. You know like that Bama game with A&M. A team that couldn’t even qualify for a bowl

1-0 in his last one.

That reminds me that UGA wasn’t better last year either because they played twice and it was 1&1. So that prompted me to check out the series record and i see that UGA hasn’t had a winning record in a season vs Alabama since 2007 and have lost 7 of the 8 games since then.

Wow

Hell Kirby didn’t even build Georgia. He took over a team that was 10-3 the year before.

It’s 2023. The past is just that. Past. Georgia has two natties in two years. And is predicted to make it three. It’s easy to see how this triggers Bama and LSU.

How many times are we gonna hear this idiocy?

They didn't even finish in the top 25 and almost lost to Georgia Southern in 2 OT's.The senior class he inherited in '16 had zero players drafted and one of the worst classes since the Ray Goff era.

I’m just matching stupidity with stupidity. Kirby didn’t build shite at Bama. He ran Saban’s defense.

Then why does sabans defense lose games?

4-0 in national championship games with kirby.
2-3 since.

Does the defensive coordinator matter?
Or is it just Saban's defense that underachieves.

That's becoming clearer by the day.

Hey guys, Kirby clearly plays in the weaker division

This is unquestionable and not even up to debate.

Great coach

Great state to recruit.

Will have a dominate program and will win more championships but let's not dismiss the greatest coach in this era.

That's a relative term.

Both divisions are full of pansies.
Hell, only 2 teams in each division had a winning conference records.

You may as well drop "the weaker" crap. It is overrated and overused.

Perhaps maybe after 15 years, other programs finally caught up. I’m not saying Kirby wasn’t a great DC. He was obviously better than Golding is now by a longshot, but Alabama has been in 5 national championship games since Kirby left. To say Bama has been unsuccessful since Kirby left is moronic. It’s not like Bama was winning the NC every year with bowl cut.

How so? Prior to this season, the East has only won the SECCG once since 2008.

That above quote isn't an argument that a division is better.
It is an argument that 1 single team is better.

You want to try again and support some idea that you have concerning a vast difference between playing in the two divisions?

Lol if you say so. We all know what powerhouses Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida have been the past decade. The fact that Georgia has represented the East so many times the past several years (and lost) should be enough to tell you the competition is weaker.

ETA: This year, I will say the East was better.
