are we counting top ten teams like you counted top ten teams when Mississippi State beat three of them in the West when they were ranked #1?
In 2016 Georgia didn't beat a single top ten team.
In 2017 Georgia split 2 - 2.
In 2018 Georgia went 1 - 3. (Beat Florida, lost to Alabama, LSU and Texas.)
In 2019 Georgia went 1 - 1. (Beat Florida, lost to LSU. Baylor and Notre Dame were both out of the top ten in rankings at the end of the year.)
In 2020, Auburn won't finish top ten at the end of the season.
By end of year rankings, by my count, it's actually: 4 - 6.

Wouldn’t that count since LSU finished top 10 that year? I would assume top 10 at end of year would be better than top 10 at time of play.

This is definitely not counting by end of year rankings, so there's that to consider.
I guess they mean "top ten matchups"? But even that, it's weaksauce.
Gotta count a team by their resume at the end of the season, not when you beat them.

I mean I remember us beating Georgia in the SEC championship game under Miles. Oh wait I remember we lost to Georgia when Mettenberger was our QB. Anyway thanks for the fan support. I never understood some of y’all’s posters on here and their comments about LSU. I’ve actually always pulled for Georgia. We don’t play much and you are usually playing teams that we play regularly Bama,Florida,etc..
