SOG , you know I love you man, but watch the video again when they go to slow motion. He literally YANKED his head at the last second. He knew he had the face mask. It's soooo obvious. This can not be defended.

Okay. Whether intentional or not, he was correctly flagged for it.

It can easily be defended. Guys flying in on blitzes reach out and grab facemasks quite frequently. It happens in a split second.

Yea he knew, it was intended for an injury, evidenced on a later play by shoving his head in the ground. The Bama player was scared as was their whole team. Little Nicky told em to be more competitive in the 2nd half. POS play is not beyond the realm. I have some respect for alot of the Bama posters here but you guys to need to speak out for fricks sake!!

Look, no doubt it happens but it doesnt take but a split second to realize it, he ripped his helmet off. Justify it if you want but you would be an idiot which I will automatically assume

Exactly. The only reason he put his hands up was not because it was an "accident" , it was because Darts helmet came off which made the head yank obvious. PERIOD!

He never once checked to see if Dart was ok. He just looked straight ahead and walked by Dart even though Dart was obviously still on his knees hurting.

Wrong. He had the face mask long enough to know and let go. It was what he did at the end (Yanking his head down really hard) that tells me it was no accident. He was only mad he pulled off Dart's helmet because THAT made it obvious and he was scared he might get booted. He never once checked on Dart. That video tells the whole story.

The bama bias is crazy. All programs have seen it. That targeting that caused the fumble before half was brutal too.

I didn't catch the game but if there isbl bad officiating it does need to be called out and those officials need to be held accountable

Yeah he was so worried that he continued to hit him in the back of the head once he was down on a different play.

You mean when your RB dropped his head and led with the crown of his helmet into the side of the defenders helmet? Yea, probably should have been looked at. And we should have been given a touchdown.

Wait. Are you really trying to suggest that was someone trying to injure the QB?

Was a bad play but he got flagged for it. You can see him put his hands up to his face when he realizes what happened. Football is a violent sport, snowflakes. If you can’t handle rough plays that get flagged pick up chess or ballet.

Agree, Evans should have been gone. Dropped his head and led with the crown of his helmet.
