He checked his kids out early to hang out with them. It created a memory, bud. You either don't have kids or don't care for them.

Alabama IS down

Bama is less than a year away from beating UGA at Athens, totally DeBoering LSU, going to the SEC title game, going to the playoffs and winning a playoff game on the road. If that is down then what in the world is LSU?

As for Alabama vs Kentucky, why is it the Cats are never on Alabama's schedule when Alabama is down?

1997, Bama was 4-7. They played Kentucky. Beat Kentucky 40-34.
2003, Bama was 4-9. They played Kentucky. Beat Kentucky 27-17.
2004, Bama was 6-6. They played Kentucky. Beat Kentucky 45-17.

Alabama played Kentucky in 2003 and 2004. Alabama went 4-9 and 6-6 those seasons, a total of 10 wins. Mike Shula was Alabama’s coach, and things were so bad we are grateful he took the job. Based on total wins, that was the worst two year period for Alabama since the 1950’s. Alabama went 2-0 against Kentucky those two seasons.

UK plays when Thomas, Bryant, Saban, etc are coach. They never seem to land on the schedule of the lesser Alabama coaches

Thomas, Bryant and Saban combined to coach 57 seasons at Alabama. Add in Wade and Stallings for another 15 seasons. That is 72 seasons. It makes sense Kentucky had to play them a lot.
