I mean, the OP just said Auburn was pursuing. Didn't say that Bryant was considering Auburn. I can't see him using his last year going somewhere that it's not absolutely crystal clear that he'll be the guy.

Well either way. It wouldn’t make sense for interest to come from auburn if they expect Stidham back. It goes both ways

Stidham's a "hired" gun too...

(as hired as college can be)

Well Bryant can’t throw so there goes any realistic chance of winning anything

When Gus has a physical QB that can run it all that matters when it comes to throwing is that he can even throw the ball at all. He took Nick Marshall from the defensive backfield and turned him into one of the top couple QBs in the league. It's fun and easy to shite on Gus sometimes but when he has the type of QB he wants the only thing that can stop him is being in the redzone.

I hope they get him.

Bama beat him to a pulp when he was on a team much better than AU.

I like the idea of a brotha named Bryant being the Barn QB.

have they had a decent QB who came to AU as a freshman and got developed into a good starting QB?

Bryant already isn't a good QB. So going to Auburn won't help him or Auburn.

I hope he goes to Auburn, will be one less team to worry about next year.

Let's be honest, though. It isn't hard to find a guy like Nick Marshall. The guy was a converted DB. There are athletes everywhere. So basically Gus has hit it big with one guy, and yet people keep falling for this, "Well, if he can get his kind of QB they'll be good" shite. Gus's reputation as an offensive wizard is way overblown.

And don't give me Cam. Everyone can win with Cam.

Bryant is an awful passer so I welcome this.

He sucks as a passer. There is no reason for butthurt.

He's not a good passer, so he'll fit right in as an Auburn QB.

The defensive landscape of the SEC has changed little since then.
