This seems legit considering his sister has made updates on his health and he's also made posts about his health too.
I think paperwasp linked some of his threads somewhere, I'll have to pull it up. I think he also said he doesn't have time left...

He mentioned previously that he was going to do that, just in case he didn't make it through his Cancer Surgery.

Karen-one other thing.
If you’ve seen Gran Torino and remember the part where Walt is in the barbershop talking crap… that’s us. For as much crap as we all give to each other, I expect most of us could probably easily drink a beer or take a shot with each other and would probably take a lick or give one for each other.
MullenBoys was one of us and he will be missed.
