Assuming you also don't want your school to have the $50 million check ESPN will cut them every year.
I dont. They have more than enough money already. They dont need it. You have to be a major cuck to root for your school to get more money. Especially with the way colleges have been trending lately.

We don't need the money at A&M. I'd love to see a big legal battle for the entertainment value alone

You know, the team that Texas lost to on a regular basis in the Big 12.

Maybe he's a Kansas State guy, but Kansas about to fall uphill to the B1G.

Nope. kU and the Big 10 have not talked. There is no interest on the Big 10’s part regarding the beakers.
The SEC takes OU and Texas and the Big 10 responds by taking Kansas?
Not gonna happen.

Texas already did it. They claimed ESPN had no role in it.
Which is obvious bullshite, but how can you prove otherwise?

What law was broken if ESPN did have a role?

Both Oklahoma and Texas have lawyers. Guys who are paid to make sure they didn't violate the contract. As much as there is pure hatred between the schools, it would benefit both schools if the attorneys watched out for any possible missteps by the other school. They don't want the deal to fall through over something preventable.
