Justin Fields has a legitimate chance to beat Fromm out next season.

Would be interesting to have three true freshman QBs starting in three consecutive seasons, but at the end of the day you want the guy who gives you the best chance to win. If UGA doesn't win the natty this season, I think we will win it for sure in either 2019 or 2020. Got to like the direction this program is headed.

It would just be nice to see a QB develop like Murray, Stafford, and Greene did.

Would be pretty crazy if both SEC playoff teams had a new starting QB next season despite both of this year's starters still having eligibility left.

Just think of all the ways Fields can hurt defenses running the ball. He's like a Jalen Hurts who is actually accurate. Scary to have to game plan for that.

Just tell Fromm and that other QB who’s name escapes me that’s you know on the bench they should just transfer to LSU. It is absolutely amazing how many really good QBs in Georgia.

Obviously, considering Fromm wouldn't even have played without Eason hurting his knee.

LSU fans should be pumped about Fields committing to Georgia because that opens the door for Fromm transferring to LSU. The only way LSU can get a halfway decent QB is to take our sloppy seconds.

Fields won't overtake a sitting player who went 12-1....I don't care how good he is but Fields will see the field. He will get designed plays and lots of mop up duty when we wreck most of the East.

Fromm was a 5 star who went 12-1 and has looked better and better every game. He has a season under his belt and has a great arm. He's not being unseated by a freshman unless he gets hurt and the freshman comes in and plays better just like how he won the job.

No. The player who gives us the best chance to win plays.
We change defensive personnel based upon our opponent (i.e. different front 7 rotations against GT).
It isn't the best player.
It is the player who best helps us win that game.

The best player aka the person who gives us the best chance to win. If it is fields, he needs to play.
