Milton is a decent drop back passer. If he has time in the pocket and doesn't have to move much, he looks pretty good. But his accuracy on the move is atrocious, and for whatever reason he does not like to scramble that much. Tenn offense needs a dual threat QB who can throw on the run with accuracy.
