I don't think anybody on this board cares whether you are disappointed or not.
If he hit her, she needs to file charges and have him arrested for assault. If he didn't, forget about it. Right now there are only two people who know for sure what happened.
My guess is that she is trying to get a payday out of the incident but I could be wrong.
If he did hit her, he needs to be prosecuted. There is no excuse for it.

And at any rate, my position on the topic hasn't changed at all from the start. I didn't think it was a hit yesterday, I still don't think it was a hit today.
Again, I'll play 100% of her medical and counseling bills.

Was this not a true statement? Are there reasons fans aren't allowed to rush the field? He most likely needs to be disciplined, and probably will be. Whatever punishment he gets, no matter how harsh, isn't likely to be harsh enough to meet with your approval,though.
