Dumbo himmself was singing Belk's praises during the spring and was gushing over the fact that Belk was blowing up your starting ol and the new 5 star ol that came in. Trust me swinney could not habe kept Belk from here without the fear that Belk would talk about things that clempson doesn't want to come out. Clemson fans are pretty sore about the whole situation. I have never seen anything like it in college football (true freshman enrollee transferring to rival school). At the end of the day, you dust off your sandals and go about your business and leave it in the past.

In case you are not up-to-date on current events, Clemson's pantry is pretty full of grocery's and the loss of Belk is not a problem at this point. We replaced just about every skilled position on offense last year and still kicked the Coots arse, Miami's arse for the ACC title and made it to the CFP before losing..
I think the potential baggage Belk brings to Chicken-Tech should be more of a concern. If he pulled the lawyer card with us he will pull it there too when things don't go his way.
Fortunately, I think coach boom has built the program well enough to jettison this kid if he becomes a headache and he'll be playing for Lane Kiffen in a year or two.
All he did was free us up a scholarship to get another 4-5 start player to replace him.

Lol Clemson recruits dirty as frick. Players flashing cash and everything. NCAA doesn't give a frick though unless you go on live TV on draft night and snitch on your school.

He actually picked up his 5th star after the all star game by one of the services. I think clempson made a call and got him moved up so for that thanks.
