IMO, Manziel deserves it so I hope he wins it.

Both. I think Manziel deserves it by far but I wouldn't call him a "great" winner - he's a "good" winner.

I think if Marqise Lee or Tajh Boyd were on undefeated teams, they would win. Manziel, however, is incredible. This year, I don't see how he doesn't win, or why he shouldn't win. You can't give me a good answer that is individual-based.

Honest question? Is Johnny Football that great of a winner, or is this class of Heisman hopefuls, not very good?

If you project his numbers out with all the time he sat in blowouts. He would have better stats than RG3 last year, you can only win at Baylor with mind blowing numbers, which he had.

Yet JFF put up better numbers in the SEC vs the Big 12.

The list sucks, a better pool and manziel doesn't win it, possibly not even in the running. He was Johnny Turnover against LSU.

Him and Ingram will have to share a room in the Heisman house.

Nothing against JFF, but the rest of the field is a sorry list for the Heisman.

Will he be a number one pick after his junior year? He isn't the NFL prototype.

He probably won't even be projected as a top 3 round pick because of his size and release point, assuming no change the next several years.

Drew Brees has similar height but he throws as high as he can (CONSISTENTLY, which is the key). Johnny could probably change his motion but thats hard, kid is a gamer and he's won a lot of games from HS to college playing the way he plays. I just don't see him being able to change his throwing motion enough while still keeping the same play-making instincts.

What all this equals up to is 3 more years of a shortage of empty jars in College Station.

Why so mad, bro?

You're argument is horrible. What is it 43 TDs to 8 TO's all year. It ain't bad.

Put it next to Tebow's Heisman year and compare

I guess Tebow was a lousy candidate too.
