That gif Schwartz?

I'd question even the remote legitimatcy of this Gatewood time given many instances of running nowhere near that fast... But Schwartz is god damned fast.

If he even ran a legit 4.33 though, Auburn's S&C coaches who handle speed are underpaid.

It is. Gus should be fired if he doesn't get the football into his hands many times/game in some form or fashion.

So ... more like a 4.55.

You didn't need all those extra words.

But yeah, if he doesn't have a few designated touches/intended targets a game, I would question Gus' mental acuity. And he doesn't have to be a 2 trick pony... sweep/deep threat... Alabama's usage of some of their speed WR talent on crossing/underneath patterns is a great example.

I doubt he's that fast. If he is, he will be a beast. 6 foot 5 and 230 lbs running a 4.5 would be tough as hell. That is right there with Nick Marshall speed.

Only way Joey Gatewood ran a 4.23 is if it were hand timed on a grandfather clock.

That's one of the only gifs I found. He's dynamic and likely the one of the fastest in the SEC.

His 10.07 wasn't hand timed at practice.

No doubting Schwartz's speed. I would think there must be better gifs, though.

ETA
If there is one of Schwartz, I can't find it.

So he's never ran faster , in recruiting combines or high school ; than 4.8...

However in 6 months he's now running a 4.23?

don't believe it.

he's been on campus for over a year.

It's been stated over and over again that it was hand-timed. It's probably best to take that with a grain of salt.

Auburn has the fastest hand time guys in the world but they magically don’t have the same speed on the field or at the combine.

Nobody has seemed to make it into a gif, but there is a good video of his TD vs Tenn. Catches a nice little comeback route and two defenders absolutely misjudge how fast he is.

Jarrett Stidham shouldn’t be mentioned with Jeremy Johnson and JFIII.

As an Alabama fan, you should know that from 2017 Iron Bowl.
