Brady is an excellent coach. I get the impression he is a personnel guy and not as much a scheme guy

Brady made copies of the Saints playbook and drove it to Baton Rouge and handed it to Ensminger. Then he said summer of 10,000 catches and turned on the jugs machine. Then he got rich. The end.

There was a drastic turnaround the year he was at LSU. However, as time has passed, Burrow and Chase are in the NFL still doing the same as when they were at LSU. Brady has been fired from Carolina. Something tells me it had more to do with the talent he had than just his ability to call plays. Look at Burrow, Jefferson, and Chase stats in the NFL.
