Bro stop, another context less A&M post lol this is why I can’t take you seriously here
There’s a lot of context in there. He says everyone is running the same concepts he’s running, he’s just not calling it properly or he’s teams not executing it properly.
That’s patently false. Everyone WAS running his concepts in a similar manner to what he’s doing where the qb has to read multiple keys and make the correct decision. It’s difficult and complex and extremely different than the current offensive play designs where the ball goes to one guy 90% of the time because everything is designed to get one guy open.
Jimbos offense is designed so that every play can beat every defense, but y out have to read it accurately 100% of the time.

Yep another stupid decision by dumbo. Let’s run him in the ground behind that shite online. Count on 1 hand a 2 back set or another back carry the ball. Ran him into the ground. No reason another back could not give him a break.

Damn all this time they had the same talent as LSU 2019. Just missing Joe Brady.

Can I interest you in some snake oil?

He was also asked earlier in the season after the first losses and responded he would be willing to look at a change. Strangely the rant doesnt find those quotes, I guess because it doesnt fit their narrative.

All you get is mostly coachspeak at press conferences anyways, trying to find something of substance in them is a waste of time. You arent going to hire an OC mid season from someone else so he's not going to address it until the timing is right.

Jimbo Fisher said he would be willing to turn over play-calling duties at some point if that would really help the offense -- no ego involved and would do whatever it takes to win and have a better offense.

I am laughing my arse off at Aggies thinking he will relinquish his offense and play calling. Jimbo's entire identity is contained in that 72 page laminated binder he carries around. He is richer than God already and stands to get even richer if he is shitcanned for doing exactly what A&M paid him to do: bring his offense to College Station. Like seriously, do they think he loves Reveille and midnight yell and Ole Rock and fish camp and the corps so much that he will emasculate himself to the benefit of some young hot shot OC? Jimbo is never doing that.

The point you're missing is that he's now saying that another OC wouldn't necessarily fix their issues.
He said he would hire someone else if he thought it'd fix the problems but he doesn't think the offense is the problem.

Precisely. Trust us, we've seen this movie before with Les Miles. That mfer once even told the fanbase than he and Cam Cameron were going to be traveling around the country in the offseason to "learn the spread offense." 1st play from scrimmage in 2016? Toss dive.

Which was the second part of my post, about press conferences mostly being coach speak and not much of substance. He's not really going to address something that wont be handled until the offseason and just throws the quote out that "verticals are verticals, smashes are smashes". Well, if verticals or a smash arent the right play for that spot in the game, that would make a huge difference and I'm sure he knows that.
He may really not be looking at an OC and the rant is right, if so, thats probably the one ticket to getting him fired this year. The fanbase will have a meltdown and you will see an empty Kyle field next fall with people not renewing season tickets.
But despite all the ego talk, I really dont think theres a way he can look at an offense ranked in the 100+ of most categories and not think there needs to be a major change. It just wont be addressed until after the season. But the rant can keep on speculating and making fun of us, I get it, that's what yall want to do.

He actually said the same thing earlier in the season in that press conf the aggee referenced. You had to read between the lines. It was obvious.

Oh I'm sure he'll probably hire someone and paint a nice picture.
Les Miles did it all the time.

He’s averaged 17 carries and 4 receptions a game. Less than 1100 yards total.
He’s barely touching it all on 3rd down and in the 4th quarter he disappears.
In close games in the 4th why on earth aren’t you handing it to the guy getting 5.6 a carry or about the same on short passes?

I'm just basing it on watching him the last couple of games, he's beat up. Some players are great players, but they're not every down backs. I think Jahmyr Gibbs is that way for Bama, great player, but not a Derrick Henry, best used judiciously. Backs as durable as Derrick Henry obviously don't come around very often.
