To say TCU didn't belong on field with UGA is not very fair
TCU beat Michigan, went toe to toe with them who beat OSU who probably should have knocked off UGA

It was just a terrible day to have the worst game of your life and they had that deer in the headlights look of never having been in that spot before.

I don’t think he’s wrong. TCU was a very opportunistic team that found ways to win. They had a phenomenal season. That is a huge credit to their coaching staff, but we all know they didn’t belong on the same field as Georgia. However, if Jimbo doesn’t want everyone to jump his arse (and rightfully so), he should just keep his trap shut. He makes the headlines more often for running his mouth than he does with actual wins these days.

Considering they won every game but two by two scores how many teams actually belonged on the field with them

They certainty didn't heed the old adage about "not letting the other team's uniforms beat you."

They lost that game when they got off the bus.

What a tool. TCU has and will be better than A&M and doing it with much less.

TCU is better than Aggy in every major men’s sport. Their fans have also been alive to witness their football team play for a national title. Talk about a lack of awareness.

Has TCU dominated A&M in football? Or would the record show A&M has dominated with a 24 game win streak dating back to 1973…

You’re showing your Lack of Awareness

It’s nice to see some perspective regarding results vs. playing top tier SEC teams. Plus, TCU last beat A&M in football in 1972, so I’m sure Aggies in Ft. Worth aren’t feeling too insecure about TCU.

1. Everything Jimbo said is 100% accurate.

2. Jimbo packed LSU’s shite, so they’re dick riding TCU. Sad!

Aggie fans should stay on the sidelines for this one.

Last Big 12 championship that A&M won was what, 1997 or 98?

It’s a topic about A&M football on an SEC message board and an OU fan thinks A&M fans should stay on the sideline…

TCU didn’t back out of a bowl game against competition.

A&M beat OUs arse to a pulp in their most recent bowl matchup, no?

77-0 did happen.

And brace yourself, Texas (UT) is about to hinder A&Ms recruiting in East Texas.

I’m sure that felt good after the years of abuse they gave you in the Big 12.

Eh, hes at a coaches night in TCU's backyard, not surprising some reference/talk came up about their season. Pretty much no matter what he says is going to be spun into something against him, its where we are at these days, 24 hour news cycle for sports too and people need something to make a big deal out of. What's he going to do, refuse to talk about anything and stand there mute so nobody has anything mean to say?

Sounds to me he was pretty much saying this. TCU found a way to line all the cards up in their favor and kudos to them. Amazing season even if it didnt end in a title. But does anybody here really expect to see TCU in the title game again or making the playoff on a regular basis?

I know its offseason, but people find the strangest things to read into/get worked up about (not talking about just you, several folks already in this thread).

It didn't change when they "got to the SEC". They got their asses kicked by UGA. Always funny when the lesser SEC teams try to grab the glory of the top tier teams.

Lol, as if A&M hasn’t blown out OU before.
Back to the topic. TCU had won several close games, made the playoffs, but got blown out by SEC competition in the bowl game.
