Jim Harbaugh is hurting college football

Taking his team to Rome for a week of spring practice. Stupid. And very arguably not beneficial to the athlete.
Are college coaches going need to start worrying about scheduling the coolest and most exotic spring practice location?
Guy is making 9 million, 3 million more than Saban. bullshite. He's artificially inflating the pay scale for coaches.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Michigan might be able to afford this one year to send all of those players to Italy for spring practice but I doubt that lasts long at all.
Plus I could absolutely see the NCAA putting another rule out there that only allows a team to go overseas for something like that once every so many years. That's what they did with NCAA Basketball (I believe it's every 4 years).

Hairball spent the night with a recruit, the recruits parents said he would not be allowed again, Mother said sheets were yellow she said she had never seen a person pee that much on sheets like Hairball.

I think he's trying to set al all time record for how much an AD can spend and still miss and still not win his conference division.

If we're being real, there's good points to make against it for the players.
Spring practice is important.
To uproot his team from their time zone and routines so they can make headlines and twitter buzz isn't smart.
No way they adjust themselves to the time change in such a short time, and then no way they're not out of whack for a bit when they return to Ann Arbor.
