I wonder how the regional voting works. SEC country is almost 100% Johnny, right?

Steve Spurrier will vote him 3rd even though he set a SEC record for yards gained in a game against his team.

if teo wins the trophy has lost its value. last year honey badger more effective on defense in my opinion and was great on special teams...and he lost to a guy who did not have the stats jff has and his team lost like 4 games. jff, freshman setting records with only 2 losses in the SEC against superior competition.

jff

If that happens, so be it. Johnny has done all he can do ... at this point it's out of his hands.

JFF can win next year.

Or the following year.

Or the one after that.

Te'o will get it over the media love fest with ND...

Hopefully not. Teo has one immpressive statistic. I really don't think people can look past that. The guy has an undefeated season. That can be his consolation prize.

The trophy lost its value a long, long time ago.

Te'o is who I'd vote for. Sumlin's been padding Manziel's stats for 6-8 weeks now.

You will here it all next year. Might as well give it to him this year when he deserves it.

which is why he has missed the equivalency of 2 games or something like that from all the quarters he has sat out

Actually McFadden didn't get to pad his stats because he shared carries with Felix Jones and Michael Smith carried the ball with another back I can't remember now in the rare blow outs.

Mushmouth: "...and Teo came up huge on that goal line stand."

HE DIDNT HAVE ONE frickING TACKLE. i can not believe manziel is going to lose the heisman to this average line backer. i wouldnt be upset if he was losing it to marqise lee or kenjon barner because they deserve it. but if teo wins it........wow

Manziel probably deserves it, but won't hurt my feelings if he doesn't win. He is a giant douchebag.

I wouldn't call him average. He is a very good player. He just isn't special. He doesn't take over games. If Derrick Thomas can only finish 10th after recording 27 sacks in one fricking season, Te'o shouldn't even get a vote.

Manti Te'O had as many tackles (5) as JFF had touchdowns.

I fricking hate ND, simply due to the coverage they receive anytime they are halfway relevant.
