I disagree. He's under the microscope, that's it.

I still dont think he's going to amount to a pro QB, and if he leaves after this year it will be to his detriment, football speaking.

Wasn't there a UF QB who stayed in trouble?

The bad part is what can Sumlin do? It will/would be really hard to bench the reigning Heisman winner because his head has gotten too big.

Meh. Johnny made a mistake. He needs to take accountability for his actions and understand EVERYTHING he does will be put under a microscope. It comes with fame. He needs to show the ability to handle what he has brought onto himself. A lot of times it's not easy being successful. He had a ton of success in a short period of time and is at an age where most people don't have to deal with what he does. He just needs to mature and understand who he is. A little knowledge of himself would go a long ways.

Good luck to JFF in the future.

I'm not sure he made one. Was that GA trying to coach him up? Or running his mouth like a sideline cheerleader?

I am trying to think of someone that brash who has managed to sustain the momentum over time. It's never a matter of if, but when, they fall back to earth. This isn't a negative observation, and it may not happen when he's in college, but there is always a correction. It's the natural balance.

JFF should have cold-cocked the GA for being in his space.
No one takes away The JFFs space.

Somehow the writer tries to put a positive spin on this type of behavior - labeling it "competitive fire"
