I didn’t realize how much he was involved in the Briles scandal at Baylor until reading after this hire.

That’s gotta be like the twilight zone for him. Leaving a cold Norman and fling into Starkville with bands, smoke machines and players on the tarmac.

Let’s see how it goes, but he’s got full support.

It shows you the Dawgs are starving for good football. That’s some awesome support.

I wonder what the reaction would be if the new coach stepped off the plane, took a gander at the crowd, and immediately re-boarded the plane which then turned around and took off.

Ive had that exact same thought watching coaches get off the plane. I want to see it happen just once

Some truth to this, but I think it mostly signals that we are committed to being the best we can be. Tough situation a year ago, basically did what we had to do with Arnett, but the difference is we recognize the ineptitude of Arnett and acted decisively. When you know, you know.

Players put new AD on shoulders

Arnett gotta be feeling dunked on at this point. Didn’t realize it had gotten this bad between coach and team.

I’ll check it out. Listening to Josh Pate talk Elko. He loves it. Says dunking on Aggies bc it wasn’t a “flashy hire” is dumb lol.

He is married to Briles daughter and has been carrying Briles water for years, to the ire of Brent Venables staff and the OU administration. He vocally defends the old Rape-enabler in press conferences. It will likely be a problem for MSU at some point.

The Art Briles rehab effort is ceaseless (and futile).

Dude, Lebby has been in the SEC before. Kendall was at Arkansas for years, and Art has been on the sidelines for games. If people try to bring up Briles, that’s lazy and a shady dunk. Just my opinion.

dude your so full of shite... he never not one time defended him.... stop your bull shite. THis is why we hate you fricks.... lying pieces of shite. As a matter of fact the AD told him to never step foot on the field again. BTW just because someone does something bad doesnt make you bad. Briles to this day has never been prosecuted or proven guilty of anything.

The NFL had this happen. The Colts, I think.
New guy got there and basically turned around just as they were announcing him at the press conference.

Pretty sure Joe Morehead came close to doing this at State. Dude couldn’t wait to get canned & head back north

Jeff Lebby address MSU fans

Saying “we are gonna score a lot of points” is one way to get dawgs riled up. I love it.

That was brutal lol.

I'd get off wearing a "Here for the Buyout" t-shirt.
