Those highlight films would be taken with a grain of salt, except for a common thread throughout. Stidham throws a soft pass into a small window. Most of those 7 on 7 Wonders can find a open WR and can drill a pass to a player in shorts will no rush. Stidham throws into a tight window and the WRs do not have to extend to catch it. Something missing at AU for years.

He is the best QB in the SEC right now.

I would not trade him for anyone else.

No teams will admit it, but they are very jelly and would swap QB's if it were possible. Even bammer.

It was amazing to watch him stand in pocket and deliver in the face of fierce pass rushes. On that one play the defensive guy even touched him.

AU will have a good OL this year. Throw in a good running game and it may look similar to that highlight film.

You expect Auburn to be "extremely good"? Kevin Steele is still your defensive c.o. and Auburn was the #18 ranked defense in the nation last year, just ahead of San Diego State. That isn't "extremely good" and you still have to play defense in the SEC.

Auburn has been to two NC games since 2010 with total defense rankings of 60th and 87th in those years. Stop being a dumbfrick.

#1 player outside of my team that I'm most looking forward to watching this year.

No guarantees in life, but I'll be shocked if Stidham isn't at a min an all conference QB

Still don't understand why Sumlin didn't close this guy.. everything I've heard is that Stidham wanted to be at A&M.

Believe the hype folks, Aubie has a good one in Stidham.

At Baylor he didn't have to read defenses the way he will at Auburn. I'll be curious to see if he is able to do that.
He he can, Auburn's offense will be scary.
Not sure what they have on defense though.

We taught Marshall to read and he put 630 yards on Saban/Smart his Sr year. "Hooked on Phonics" is a wonderful tool.

All those wonderful yards, and still lost. What a shame.

Too bad Ellis Johnson couldn't teach or coach. But I thought we were talking about the QB and the Offense.

agreed. I wouldn't trade Austin Allen for any of the other SEC QBs in a one season scenario.
