It's hard to tell much from highlights because well they are highlights. But here's what I saw - his long ball was impressive but his short and intermediate throws need work (pretty typical for a young QB but if he doesn't clean them up they will be picks against SEC a lot of DBs).
Does the B12 even pass rush? Seriously, it wasn't until the near 5 min. mark that he saw anything resembling pressure got near him and that was one OU defender who dove for his feet. I counted two other times there might've been pressure (and I'm using that word loosely in this case) but that's about it. Auburn put more pressure on him in the spring game -- a game you intentionally don't sack the QB -- than anything shown in those highlights. That concerns me from an evaluation standpoint because I can't say how he'll do when faced with defenders who get near him and want to actually tackle him (he hasn't seen that OR if he has it's not in the highlight tape).
Mechanically he looked sound and I like the fact that he identified the target and made his decision quickly (that is a huge asset that's often overlooked because it's not a physical measurable). He also appeared to throw better when the play was uptempo which I think is exactly the type of QB that benefits in Gus' system.
And yet I keep going back to him not seeing any pressure... I don't know if Baylor's OL was a brick wall that year or not but it's doubtful he ever sees conditions that good and to judge a QB you need to see them throw under pressure. I didn't see that on the tape.

A fair response. I'm optimistic but recent history keeps me grounded.
Stidham and White make me worry about this position less than I have in four years. Still worried, but less so.
