Isn't this the same dude who was absolute trash at Miami?

A quick look shows his time at Miami was about like Chaney’s sec stints before 2017. Underwhelming.

Chaney is not elite by any means. But Coley is a recruiter and really nothing more. He was terrible at Miami and a good part of the reason Richt had a new job after parting ways with Georgia.

He will do fine in all likelihood. UGA has a really good staff around him and, most importantly, really good players.

Chaney did terrible too. Still dominated the east in 2017 and 2018.

Vols regressed to using their oc from 09-12. Going backwards somehow.

You mean when UF had 30+ injuries and went 4-7, then UF had a first year coach? Not shocking. Especially how powerly the previous coach recruited multiple positions.

Year two. Well Kirby went from 5 loses to a national title.

Mullen did better his first year despite less talent than Kirby.

So..stands to reason you should be worried. Have a worse OC, probably a worse DC since it's taking so long...you're regressing hombre.

What your laughing about? Your program is going nowhere! UGA will still be the one to win the SEC east! Your team still have ways to go before beating Georgia, Florida, Missouri, and others. Good luck with your football team this fall.

Maybe Mullen will finally get his first win vs Kirby. It’s only been like 10 straight years.

C'Mon, dude. We know all Chaney was the mastermind behind Bama. His move will make UT the best team in the country bar-none. Judging by this board it also adds 2 wins to Auburn's season, gives LSU a real QB and makes A&M a team that won't lose 4 games next year.

That dude is amazing.

Funny, y'all call us out for using excuses.

Mullen ain't Kirby.

Mullen didn't have the talent at skill positions, but he had better talent in the trenches. Mullen also had prior head coaching experience.

Debatable, I'm in the wait and see approach, as I don't know if it was the best hire, but then again everyone said this about Chaney also.

a worse DC since it's taking so long..

Kirby is going to run the defense how he wants it.

you're regressing hombre.

We shall see around Halloween. I mean y'all are putting hope in a QB' S hand that y'all booed off the field this year. Just saying.

Most likely no. Kirby started with far more talent. Mullen needs a complete overhaul.

He will however Improve the team again. Which is what will matter. Likely another starting QB in Jones, so we will see. One area we lacked depth was Oline and with all leaving that will take time to gel and is very young unfortunately.

But. Florida will likely be better next year than this year. I highly doubt they aren't. Georgia...well we shall see. Two new cords is a big transition and the OC you hired didn't do that well his last OC stint. So regression is very much possible.

Mullen is a moron and the goofiest idiot I've ever seen.

Your QB is an absolute joke.

All I see out of you is fantasizing about what might be. You might as well face the fact that another arse whipping is coming.
