Think you need to get in touch with fuegoqueso (firecheese) he will tell you how is is a culinary expert being as how he lives in Houston and all. I now reside in Gonzales the self proclaimed Jambalaya capital of the world, and I have to say people here cook it for every occasion imaginable. I too prefer pastalaya, but as others have stated it’s not high on my list of Cajun dishes to eat. I have to say that I like southern cooking too. Chicken fried steak is good when done properly. We here in the south are lucky to have the best football conference and food in the country

The only thing good about Arkansas is leaving.

It would be fun to insult Arkansas’ cuisine in return, but for the life of me I don’t know a single thing you’re known for in the culinary world.

They golf in southern Missouri y’all claim as part of Arky and leave. Even Hunt interests are in Missouri. Jerry is in Dallas. I can keep going…

Arkansas is known for its cheese dip.

However the official food for the state is rice which makes sense since Arkansas is the leading rice producer in the states.

People don't have taste buds in Arkansas.

People don't live in Arkansas; they just exist.

I stayed in Arkansas for a week. The food was so terrible we opted to cook our own food.

Let me applaud the great people of Arkansas for learning how dairy and heat work.

Do you salt it? Add butter? I’m dying to know about this rice delicacy.

Don't people in Arkansas eat sugar and rice, or some crap like that?

Go to Stoby's in either Conway or Russellville and get the different kinds of cheese dip. Order some burritos and dip each one.
