They gave him a blank tape to watch and asked him to pick which plays he liked the best. He told the all of the plays were good. It was blank.

He's certainly done no favors for small, under 6 ft QBs being drafted high in the future

I'm a Texans fan, and I would've mistakenly taken him over Stroud but no way in hell would I have moved up to do so.

LSU fans are traumatized by JaMarcus and desperate for a bigger bust

Bryce has a ways to fall before being a bigger bust than Russell...but he might want to start playing a little better just to be safe lol.

Worst 4 game stretch...Since Jamarcus Russell.

Bryce Young is on the worst team in the NFL and is already on his second NFL head coach. No, he hasn’t played well, but he also hasn’t exactly been put in a position that would allow him to succeed.

Take off the menstrual cycle glasses

Bryce could start for the Chiefs and he’d have that team as a bottom feeder in a heartbeat

JaMarcus is in another stratosphere from Bryce because JaMarcus had elite physical tools. Bryce was always too small, too hesitant to run because of his size, too short (can't see over the lines) and has a weak arm.

Hopefully Bryce starts playing better. Raiders have a solid pass rush and then it's the Bengals who surely won't come in 0-3. Not many easy wins in the NFL when you're ON the team people peg as an easy win.

People forget Bryce did beat Stroud last season lol. I will admit I didn't think Stroud would be this good. Yeah, his situation is much better now, but a couple of years ago the Texans were pretty bad before hiring Demeco.

The only thing Bryce had going for him was having had played at Mater Dei and Bama. Nothing was ever elite about him physically and successful NFL QBs need some elite physical attributes.

Perhaps you were unable to read the part where I said that he was not playing well. He’s not the only problem the Panthers have, though, which makes his job even more difficult.

Hopefully he goes the Baker Mayfield route. the team that drafted him first and shite on him moves on, then he turns into being a good starting QB elsewhere.

JK. Lane drafted him. Tom Cable was a good OL coach that didn't know how to HC.

Bryce Young is better than Russell, but picking Young over Stroud makes this the biggest bust in NFL history. Just a franchise altering decision.

I'm a Texans fan also...... I wouldn't trade CJ for anyone in the league, he is just that good. The most accurate passer I have ever seen. We are blessed to have him.

That's our boy MulkeyMan/MetryMauler. He should stick to women's basketball threads.

That's not surprising that another football expert is seeing the same thing as me. Thanks for sharing that link Chad.
