We'll have to wait and see how his skillset translates into this new system (whatever that may be this season), but I guess at least he's not going down without a fight?

the offensive system is going to help out whoever is back there at QB. Washington went from 107th in scoring offense to 7th in deboers first season. It will be the first time since sark was here that the scheme is going to be doing anything to get mismatches.

Biggest issues with Milroe deal with his brain. 1. Processing what the defense is giving him. 2. Pocket awareness. His throwing mechanics is way less important of an area for him to improve that these cerebral issues.

For example, screen passes galore and lots of short throws, but the route concepts often include an occasional vertical pattern, allowing Jalen to take deep shots here and there. Fun note: UW averaged a screen pass once every eight throws.

Coach DeBoer likes to run dual crossing routes across the middle from opposite sides of the field, creating a "rub" concept. BAMA will mix in a good dose of short curl routes, all designed to stretch the defense horizontally.

Why will all this be so shocking to the eye with BAMA fans? The offense is designed for the quarterback to get rid of the ball quickly.

Simpson will be the starter this fall. Milroe is not good enough to be QB

LANK is some BS thing Milroe started like he was on some mission because he is too stupid to realize he needs to change positions. I refuse to use it or acknowledge it. Its weak, gay, and doesn't relate to Bama football.

Let's forget the idea that he was mismanaged early last season and Jalen still finished 6th in the Heisman vote. Listening to a Jalen Milroe interview makes a lot more sense than anything you just wrote. He also graduated from Alabama in 3 years. So chances are he doesn't have to listen to idiots like you for a living.

"on paper"?

2 out of the last 3 years, we've been the best team on a National Championship trophy, not paper. Meanwhile, in those 3 years, Bama got bullwhipped by UGA in the NC game, settled for a 'Whatever Bowl' the next season, then played like the Bad News Bears against a Little-10 freakun Michigan team in the playoffs. So, uh...maybe you need to take a break from insulting UGA and start savouring the last days of Bama greatest...while you stilll have time to do that.

On Paper Doggie:

SECCG History: BAMA 5 Georgia 0

Nick Saban 5 vs Kirby Smart 1

Wins this decade head-to-head: BAMA 3 Georgia 1 (Georgia didn't have to go through ALABAMA in 2022) Count your blessings

Again Rainman, last 3 seasons....

UGA = 2 out of 3 Nationals Championship wins,1 bowl win
Bama = 2 bed-wettings and 1 bowl win
UGA vs Bama record = 1-1

That's all on paper by-the-way.

"this decade"

Hey man, did I ever tell you that about 35 years ago, I won this arm-wrestling competition in my 4th grade PE class? It was really exciting!

Milroe didn’t beat UGA. The OL beat UGA along with the refs who gave Milroe a completion before halftime to Bond that was an incompletion.

I just checked the record books.

Milroe was the starting QB and Alabama won.

Try again Auburn fan.

Then why didn't he start last year?

As usual, the backup QB is the greatest QB ever.

Of course he doesn't listen because if he did he would have changed positions by now. Milroe seems like a nice guy; but behind that is a very manipulative individual trying to pull every political string he can to be the starter. That why is is mugging for the camera at every public venue he can get.
