If it's voluntary you can't be arrested for it. He said he would come in and didn't. That's when it was issued.

I just heard this guy may be kicked off the team, so I figured it was for failed drug test. Sucker punching is acceptable. I am not putting LSU down just taking up for the Badger, He never did anything to defend oops offend Bama.
