I loved his interview.

Especially when they asked what his dad would say.

Jabari said his dad would tell him he was shooting free throws like Shaq

I don’t think he reminds me of anyone. Which is a credit to his greatness.

Like when everyone tried to compare Corliss to Barkley - not good. Corliss was Corliss.

Jabari is Jabari.

Jabari Smith is the best I've seen in the SEC in recent years. Ben Simmons was good but turned out to be more hype than game. Jabari Smith has serious game - and I say that as a Bama fan who saw him go off for 25 against us in Tuscaloosa.

He is an absolute freak. Smoothest 6'10" player I've ever seen (Kevin Durant included). He can literally get his shot anywhere on the court. Should be the #1 overall draft pick this coming NBA Draft.

He plays like an NBA man, but I listened to his interview after the game and he sounded like the kid he is. He really needs to come back and let us feed him and Kessler another year.
Sadly, that won't happen. We've certainly never had a freshman who was so polished. His daddy did a good job.

I'm hoping that Bruce has released the Kraken. It is so rare you have the quality Smith and Kessler on the same team. I feel like Bruce has spent the last few weeks feeling things out, and now its time to just let them roll. No reason for Jabari to not have more than 20 ppg from here on out.

Agreed. Jabari should have a minimum of 12-14 shots a game from this point forward. It’s time to shore things up for March.
