right - but that was already decided as he was on the depth chart. Courts said he is eligible - he already earned the spot on the roster.
the courts also said they have to continue paying NIL and revenue sharing agreements they have with him, so to not roster him would cause Mizzou harm (i.e. they would be paying him for nothing and those funds unavailable for a replacement)
